it was very clean staff was very friendly and always ready to help you with the necessary information! breakfast was great and it was fresh and extensive every day, Ali and Didem always very helpful during breakfast and very friendly! I recommend this hotel to everyone, the location is really perfect! the cleanliness, clean rooms, friendly staff, on our last day Ali baked delicious eggs especially for us, just as a gesture! Our last evening we had dinner in the roof bar with a great view and a delicious dinner! Also compliments to Huseyn, very friendly and professional! We will definitely go back and we will also stay in this hotel.

Location was very good, within easy walking to shops, foods and sights. Breakfast was very good but different. Service and staff are very nice. Room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located within walking distance from all the must-see attractions in Istanbul. The staff is extremely attentive and fast to respond to all the customer requests. Special shout-out to Mahmood in the hotel staff. He helped me abruptly in loading our bags, making sure we understand all the facilities in the room and get settled comfortably. He also helped us in the checkout process. When our taxi arrived, he swiftly carried all our 6 bags across the street and loaded it in the car. All the other staff members can speak basic English which was super helpful to get recommendations and set up airport taxi. Breakfast has both continental and Turkish dishes. There is a traditional cheese and yogurt platter every day with numerous dips. They have a hot food section which consists of mostly egg variety and some bread. Lentil soup is available everyday. Along with this there is a range of traditional breads, lokum and fresh fruit.

The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of clean and delicious options. Ali provided outstanding service, treating us and other guests with great hospitality. Additionally, the staff, including Turgey, Mehmet, and Dedam, were friendly and helpful. We will return for the excellent breakfast, the warm and welcoming staff, the daily room cleaning, and the comfortable beds.

My family and I stayed in Istanbul for 1 week and we stayed at this hotel for all 7 days. If we are ever in Istanbul again we will surely stay here! I cannot express how happy I am with the hotel - it is simply exceptional and is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was always friendly and helpful, they treated us like family, made our stay unforgettable! When we had a problem with a sightseeing guide (not affiliated with the hotel) who was really late, the front desk guy called him from his own phone trying to solve this problem for us. It was really sweet since he didn't have to do that. They all just went above and beyond for us. Also, the hotel has an amazing rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the city and the Bosphorus. Each morning we couldn't wait to go up there and enjoy our breakfast on the roof. And what a breakfast it was! The breakfast choices are so numerous and everything is so fresh and delicious! One morning we even got served a complimentary freshly squeezed orange juice and a cast iron pan with freshly cooked sizzling eggs on it! I could go on and on about this hotel and it speaks louder than words about how much me and my family enjoyed staying there. Also, the location cannot be beat. Within walking distance to all major attractions of Sultanahmet, with tons of shops and restaurants all around it! Housekeeping was great and the room was big and beautiful! We loved it that there were scales available at the lobby to weigh your luggage whenever you want to (and you will need to after all the souvenirs you buy in Istanbul to remind you of your magical stay in Turkey).
